Costs

At Beverly Hills Egg Donation, we understand that different intended parents have different donor requirements and financial needs.

Transparent fees. Donor fees range from $8,000 for a first-time donor to $10,000 and up for a previous donor. Agency fees, including full cycle coordination, range from $6,000 for a first-time donor to $9,500 and up for a previous donor.

What sets us apart?

Second cycle with no additional agency fee. If you have used all of your normal embryos and have not achieved a successful pregnancy, we will waive our agency fee for one additional cycle.

Refundable agency fee. If your cycle is canceled for any reason before the donor has started injectable medication, the full agency fee and donor fee may be applied to a subsequent BHED donor cycle. If you do not wish to choose a replacement donor, we will refund 75% of the agency fee and 100% of the donor fee. Fees for any outside services already rendered are nonrefundable.

Other expenses include:

Administration fee: $1,365 (includes escrow fee of $365)

Psychological screening (required for first-time donors; annual update recommended): $365

Genetic counseling (required for first-time donors): $300

Oocyte donor insurance (required for potential medical complications): $400 (estimated; each cycle is individually underwritten)

Donor attorney fee: $400

When Payments are Due:

The initial payment — including the agency fee, psychological screening fee, genetic counseling fee, and oocyte donor insurance fee — is due when the agency agreement is signed.

When the donor has been medically cleared by your doctor, you will be contacted by the escrow firm to set up an escrow account. The donor fee, donor legal fee, and travel fees (if applicable) will be due at that time. You will be given a “match number” by your cycle coordinator, which should be utilized on all payments to BHED and the escrow firm.

Note: Costs are estimates and are subject to change.

CYCLE OPTIONS

Traditional Cycle

In a traditional cycle, one recipient is matched with one donor for one cycle. If a successful pregnancy is not achieved and all normal embryos have been used, the recipient is eligible for a second cycle with no agency fee.

Shared Cycle

In a shared cycle, two or more recipients will share eggs from one cycle with one donor at one clinic. Each recipient pays an agency fee and legal fees. Shared expenses include donor fee, donor insurance, and donor travel (if applicable). Medical expenses are determined by the clinic. This option is not subject to our free rematch policy unless specifically outlined in the agency agreement.

Frozen Eggs

We work with some clinics that offer frozen eggs. The donor choices are limited. If you are interested in frozen eggs, please contact us. This option is not subject to our free rematch policy.
